Here is a vintage music box with two cherubs playing music and another singing. Created by Ohio Art in the 1930s, this painted metal box has been displayed in my home for years.
The music box has a red wood knob to turn for the tune to play. I can't identify the tune, but it is loud and musical. The round box stands 6 inches tall and measures 6 inches in diameter at the center.
There is little loss of paint on this example of Americana.
I pack carefully with new Bubble Wrap and packing peanuts in a sturdy box and ship with UPS.
